Provider Relationship: Healthcare providers accessible through our platform are independent licensed professionals. They exercise independent medical judgment and are solely responsible for the care they provide. GLP ONE does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the provider-patient relationship.
No Guarantee of Prescription: A consultation does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating healthcare provider based on their medical evaluation.
Prescription Policies: Medications prescribed through our Services are intended for your personal use only. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute any medications obtained through our Services. Certain controlled substances and medications with high abuse potential may not be available through our platform.
Follow-Up Care: You are responsible for following all instructions provided by your healthcare provider and for scheduling any recommended follow-up appointments.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLP ONE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any violation of intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
